He is survived by: his parents, Greg Smith and Nora Smith (Horrie); his sons, Silas of Bradford, IL and Simon Smith of Bradford, IL; his sister Rachel Smith (Daniel Runyon) of Chicago, IL.; his uncles, Chris, John and Randy; and his cousins, Olivia and Kayce.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Silas and Simon Educational Fund or Sophia's Kitchen in Peoria, IL.
