Phillips of Bradley; his sisters, Mary Ann Snyder of Marion and Sheryl Darlene Allen of Springfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Bailey, Connor, Taylor, Kylie Phillips and Erika Hults (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Brielle, Nataliya and Malachi Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Allen (George), Dianna Foy Moisant and John Moisant (Analie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
