He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf and Madalyn; his wife Erva Kettleson; his sister Judith Strode (Roger Sr.); and his brother-in-law Michael Persson.
He is survived by: his children, David Evans Jr. (Jeanie) and Lisa Turrell (Steve); his grandchildren, Matthew, David III, Thomas, Ashley Evans, Chad and Andy Turrell; and his siblings, Karen Campbell, John Evans (Barb) and Pamela Perrsson. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, those wishing to honor Dave should play a round of golf and think of his memory.
