He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Childs and Julie Childs. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Childs (Rhonda) of Bradley, Andrew Childs of Bradley and Hayley Childs (Quinn Fields) of Kankakee; and his grandsons, Parker and Carter Childs.
