He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Dunlavey of Bradley; his children, Jennifer Dunlavey, Ryan Preston of Crete, Stephanie and Dustin White of Bourbonnais; his stepchildren, Michael Clark, Keja Comet of Colorado, Aaron Mellendorf of Bradley, Ashleigh Mellendorf, Brad Meyer of Villa Park, Ian and Amy Mellendorf of Braceville; his siblings, Barbara Sander of Bourbonnais, Doug (Michelle Dunlavey), David (Chris Dunlavey) and Dennis Dunlavey of Bourbonnais; his grandchildren, Cain John Dean White, Camoryn White, Alexis Riggs, Caydence White, Kylee Mellendorf, Marley Dunlavey, Hadley Mellendorf, Finley Dunlavey, Cabrey White and Kyomi Clark; and his pet Mavis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
