He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerome "Joby" Genson and Norma Genson (Kibbons); his wife Theresa Genson of Bradley; his son Aaron Genson (Laura) of Bradley; his daughters-in-law, Melissa Genson of Park Ridge and Norma Genson of Kankakee; his siblings, Gina Beard (Lisa Bjork) of Kankakee and Jon Genson (Sheila) of Lake Zurich; his sister-in-law Barb Genson of Suffolk, VA; his grandchildren, Landon Genson, Jameson Genson, Nolan Genson, Aurora Genson and Nellie Genson; his son Taylor Genson; and his brother Michael Genson. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family wishes to donate to a charity of their choosing.
