He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Antanas, Ona Kupcikevicius, George and Katie Chapman; his brother Dannlis Kupcikevicius; his aunts and uncles, Janet Whitcombe (Chapman), Grazina Sommer (Kupcikevicius), Janet Kupcikevicius (Sullivan), Algis Kupcikevicius and Terry Chapman; his nephew Christopher Coniglio; and his cousin Jodi Sommers.
He is survived by : his parents, Kazys Kupcikevicius of Bradley and Jeanne Chapman of Bradley; his sister Lara Plecas (Clint) of Phoenix, Arizona; his nephews, Matthew Kupcikevicius (Miranda) of Brownsville and Nickolas P. Kupcikevicius of Mulkeytown, IL; his niece Olivia Plecas of Arizona; his aunt Becky Chapman of Arizona; his uncle Charles Sommer of Bradley; and his great-nephews, Joshua and Christopher of Texas. He is also survived by cousins in an extended family.
