He is survived by: his mother Patricia Andrews (Bob Rainey); his wife Cindy Franklin; his children, Bryce Franklin and Breanna Franklin (Blain Cotton); his granddaughter Cora Cotton; his stepmother Vickie Franklin; his siblings, Shelly Kroll (Dan), Eric Franklin (Rebecca) and Greg Franklin (Heather); his mother-in-law Donna Padgett; his sister-in-law Darla Fritz (Andy); his siblings' children, Randy Barber, Angela Sheets, Megan LeBarge, Addie Franklin, Finn Franklin and Matt Fritz; and his grandmother Betty Riffey.
