He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vito D'Agostino and Diana Dorman D'Agostino; his daughter Amy Medina; and his siblings, Debby Crum of Indiana and Dave D'Agostino of Indiana. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to mental health research or to the family wishes.
