She was predeceased by : her parents, McKinley Blevins and Mae Blevins; her husband James Bailey; and her brothers, J. C. Blevins and James Blevins.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cathy Bailey of Braidwood and Lori Johnson (Dustin) of Diamond, IL; her grandchildren, Mariah, Molly Johnson of Diamond and Tim Gallagher; and her brother Jonny Blevins (Zelma).
