With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Lang of Braidwood, Illinois, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judy Lang to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Erhardt and Lillian Erhardt (Pittra); and her granddaughter Savanna Lang. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Lang (Melissa), Linda Bowers (Doug) and Frank Lang; her grandchildren, James, Jessica, Justin Lang, Alex Platz (Chase), Alicia Forrest (Alex) and Ciara Osborne (RJ); her great grandchildren, Alaura, Jasper, Silas, William, Charlie and Danny; her sister Bonnie Mooney (Ted); her nieces, Kristen and Katie; her friends, Linda, Marla and Lonnie; and her close friends, Sue, Delores, Connie and Elaine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reeves Funeral Home (75 N Broadway St, Coal City, IL 60416). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery - Braidwood (34801 Essex Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481).
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Judy's memory to the Grundy County Humane Society.
