He is survived by: his wife Judy Smolik; his children, Douglas Blaser, Stephanie Bolz (Nathan) and Nicole Smolik; his siblings-in-law, Vern Canham, John Bohac and Mary Smolik; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bolz, Christopher Kutz and Lillyanna Kutz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. W. Patterson Funeral Home (401 E Main St, Braidwood, IL 60408).
