He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Geraldine Rohde and Jerry Verbeck; his nephew Brayden Grayling; and his uncle Chris Rohde.

He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Grayling (Wayne) of Braidwood and Timothy Verbeck of Greensburg, Indiana.; his daughters, Sylina Taylor and Kylina Verbeck; his grandchildren, Ryanna and Miko; his siblings, Starla Verbeck (Robert Ilkanic) of Diamond, Joshua Grayling (Beth) of Braidwood, Mandy Molle (Bill) of Farmersville, Keila Verbeck (Gina) of Beckemeyer, Illinois, Kara Verbeck of Beckemeyer, Illinois and Kyra Sandoval of Beckemeyer, Illinois; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alicia, Nico, Ethan, Billy, Rhonda, Isabella, Ariella, Braxton, Cylas and Ozdyn; his grandmothers, Joan Verbeck of Westport and Shirley Verbeck of Shelbyville; and his aunts and uncles, Robert Rohde (Joellen), Craig Rhode (Ana), Fred Rohde (Sue), Kim Rohde, Sheri Hardebeck (Mark), Barbara Wolford (Danny), Vicki Brown, Bonnie Rolfingsmeyer, Shannon Edson (Mark) and Joni Sweet (Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
