She is survived by: her sons, Lonnie Harvey (Leslie) of Seminole, FL and Chad Harvey (Patti) of Gardner, IL; her stepsons, Glen Derby (Pam) of Indiana and Brian Derby (Leslie) of Indiana; her grandsons, Josh Harvey (Terra), Sean Harvey, Tyler Harvey (Kyra Pitapit) and Cody Harvey (Halie); her stepgrandchildren, Julie, Stephanie and Brian; her great grandchildren, Addison, Aubrey and Lainey Rae; her cousin Maureen Tambling; and her niece Tanya Johnson.
