He was predeceased by: his father Raymond; his siblings, Elaine Brammeier (Gene), Andrew Ratermann and Stephen Ratermann; and his father-in-law Clarence (Claire).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ratermann of Breese; his children, Douglas Ratermann (Michelle) of Damiansville, Yvonne Capelle (Paul Ray) of Highland, Deanna Ratermann of Germantown and Pamela Becker (Joseph) of Breese; his grandchildren, Cody Ratermann (Abby), Jordan Ratermann (Madeline), Dawson Ratermann (Madisyn), Logan Ratermann, Emily Williams (Samuel), Stephanie Williams, Kylee Waligorski, Ava Becker and Haley Becker; his siblings, Marcellus Ratermann (Milly) of San Marcos, CA, Cletus Ratermann (Deb) of Breese, Matthew Ratermann (Karen) of Aviston and Betty Sligar (Bill) of Breese; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Ratermann of Germantown, Joseph Watson (Terry) of Milton, WV and John Watson (Sharon) of Ellwood, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
