He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Garcia, and Henry "Beans" Garcia, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Francis and Gertrude Peters; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Wuebbles, Lavergne Peters (Mary Ann) and James "Jim" Peters (Judy).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Garcia; his sons, Brent Garcia (Brenda) of Swansea and Brian Garcia (Tara); his grandchildren, Devin, Connor Jankowski, Brooklyn and Londyn Garcia; and his sisters, Jacqueline Aarns (Carl) of Beckemeyer and JoAnn "Cook'e" Wuebbles of Beckemeyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (493 N 2nd St, Breese, IL 62230). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorial donations may be made to the wishes of the family (checks payable to Phyllis Garcia) and will be received at the visitation or by mail to Moss Funeral Home, 535 N 5th St., Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
