The memory of Jane F. Jansen of Breese, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kampwerth and Josephine Kampwerth; her husband Wilbert F. "Butch" Jansen; her siblings, Emmy Kampwerth and Netty Kapp, Sr. (Rich); her parents-in-law, Leo and Marie Jansen; and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Jansen (Millie), Jerry Jansen (Martha), Paul Kuper and Virgil Flennigan.
She is survived by: her children, Lynette Eilermann (Rich) of Breese, Mark Jansen (Buffy) of Germantown, Michael Jansen of Carlyle and Matthew Jansen of Bartelso; her grandchildren, Justin Eilermann (Stacy), Emily Niemeyer (Jeff), Jacob Jansen (Cassidy), Jessica Jansen (Wade Szczeblewski), Johnathon, Joshua and Jeremy Jansen; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Harper Eilermann, Willem, Barron and Conrad Niemeyer; and her sister-in-law Lucille Flenniken of Breese. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (493 N 2nd St, Breese, IL 62230).
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to All Saints Academy, Mater Dei Catholic High School, Christ Our Rock Lutheran High School, or St. Dominic Parish and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
