He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Humphrey and Dorothy Humphrey; his siblings, Mary Falwell (Larry) and Kenny Humphrey; his parents-in-law, Francis and Irene Woltering; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Hoffman (Ernie) and Dave Woltering.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Humphrey of Breese; his children, Elizabeth Hutchinson (Michael) of Collinsville, Luke Humphrey of Collinsville and Jess Humphrey of Breese; his granddaughters, Violet and Ava Hutchinson; his siblings, Steve Humphrey (Pat) of Nashville, John Humphrey of Germantown, Geri Huels (Carl) of Bartelso, Brian Humphrey (Karen) of Manchester, NH and Monica Mensing (Mike) of Breese; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Kueper (Tom) of Carmel, IN, Lena Woltering of Belleville, Edie Koch (Bill) of O'Fallon and Connie Fangmeyer (Rick) of Breese. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Camp Ondessonk, Parkinson's Foundation, or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
