He was predeceased by: his father David Harrison; his stepfather Harvey; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Ruth Schumacher. He is survived by: his mother Nelda Harrison; his wife Barb Harrison of St. Rose; his children, Mike Harrison (Lori) of Highland and Richie Harrison (Nikki) of St. Rose; his grandchildren, Amanda Raterman, Michael Harrison (Cait), Travis Raterman (Carrigan), Michelle Harrison, Lance Raterman (Ashley), Brett Harrison (Jasmine), Brooke Harrison (Gavin), Bryna Harrison and Remi Harrison; his brother David Harrison (Kathleen) of Highland; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Frey (Stan) of Highland, Janet Taylor (Craig) of St. Rose, Jeannie Schellenger (Harold) of Highland and Lynn Fougeron (Bill) of St. Rose. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home ~ Breese (535 N 5th St, Breese, IL 62230). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home (535 N 5th St, Breese, IL 62230).
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the St. Rose Fire Department or wishes of the family and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St., Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
