Lyle E. Weems Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorvin Weems and Eva Weems; his former wife Jean Weems; his son Michael E. Weems (Sharon); his parents-in-law, Ellis, Alice Meador, George and Caroline Maue; and his brother-in-law Carl Maue.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Weems; his daughter Jana Fulton (Steve) of Carlyle; his stepchildren, Michael Dall (Lori) of Aviston, DeAnn Rizzi, Jr. (Robert) of Troy and Stephanie McSparin (Shawn) of St. Jacob; his grandchildren, Matthew Weems (Amanda), Anne Hilmes (Ryan), Christopher Dall (Hank Walker), Nicholas Dall (Kelsey Probst), Kennedy Prange and Grant Prange; his stepgranddaughter Sharona Kleiboeker (Waylon); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Kaden, Grayson Hilmes, Hosea, Hope Weems, Bren and Ethan Kleiboeker; his brother Delmar Weems of Salem; and his sister-in-law Fran Wellinghoff (Bob) of Breese. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Iuka Cemetery (3941 Landmark Rd, Iuka, IL 62849).
Memorials in honor of Lyle may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be received by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th Street, Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
