He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Ottensmeier and Alvina Ottensmeier (Poettker); his wife Dolores Wuebbles (Dee); his siblings, Marcellus Ottensmeier, Bernie Ottensmeier and Dorothy Kirkland; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Wuebbles, Wib Kampwerth, Hank Feldmann and Paula Ottensmeier.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Muscarello (Dominic) of Breese and Tina Kohrmann (Jason) of Germantown; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Samantha, Peyton, Nicholas Muscarello, Elijah, Sydney and Alyxandra Kohrmann; his siblings, Bernice Kampwerth, Gene Ottensmeier, Mary Lou Feldmann, Jim Ottensmeier, Pat Ottensmeier and Charlene Hesker (Rich); and his siblings-in-law, Rita Ottensmeier and Mike Kirkland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
