He is survived by: his children, William Owen IV of Highland and Kimberlee Calvert (Ron) of Collinsville; his grandchildren, William Owen V, Lindsay Owen, Rachael Calvert, Sabrina Owen and Tyler Calvert; his great grandchildren, Micah, Alexia, Alyssa and Eyler; and his great great grandchild Harllow.
In lieu of flowers, plants, or other gifts, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or HSHS St. Elizabeth Hospital and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, which is serving the family.
