He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Robinson and Dorothy Causey; his grandparents, Walker and Bessie Wright; his children, William "Jimmy" Robinson, Treasa Stofferahn and Melissa "Missy" Robinson; his half-siblings, Joyce Causey and Van Causey; his parents-in-law, Glen and Hilda Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Blackburn (Clarence), Dale "Bud" Jackson, David Jackson, Gary Jackson and Roy Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Robinson; his daughter Shirley Davis of Breese; his grandchildren, Douglas Robinson, Miranda Curry, Brandon Robinson, David Halfacre, Anthony Gray and Damien Davis; his half-brothers, Doug Malone (Kathy) of Germantown and Gary Causey of Centralia; and his sisters-in-law, Joanie Jackson and Jill Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moss Funeral Home (535 N 5th St, Breese, IL 62230). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, or other gifts, memorials may be made to the Carlyle VFW Post 3523 and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th Street, Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
