She is survived by: her husband Albert "Jake" Lewis of Bridgeport, IL; her children, Crystal Stine (Brent Lamb), Willie Lewis (Susan) of Vincennes, IN and Elizabeth Lewis of Bridgeport, IL; her grandchildren, Cassie Shoulders of Lawrenceville, IL, Michael Stine of Lawrenceville, IL, Dawn Marie Lamb of Dundas, IL, Bill Lewis of Birds, IL, Olivia Lewis of Vincennes, IN and Elizabeth of Vincennes, IN; her great grandchild Serenity Frye of Lawrenceville, IL; and her brother Billy McDonald of Maryland.
