He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Willoughby (Asbille); his children, Joseph Willoughby (Kishla), Ronnie Willoughby, Jr. (Amy), Brandon Willoughby and Patricia Myers (Bon); his siblings, Regina Cozart (Mark), Don Willoughby (Theresa), Scott Willoughby (Cheryl) and Eddie Asbille; his grandchildren, Andrew, Robert, Mya Willoughby, Wesley Payne, Randy, Dallas Clark and Danielle Decker; and his great grandchild Lilly Lynn Clark. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, friends.
