He was predeceased by: his parents, Max E. Atkins (Julie Atkins) and Terry Luthe. He is survived by: his sisters, Vicki Pesch (Roy) of Lawrenceville and Venessa Atkins of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his stepsister Lisa Ward of Peoria, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Blodgett, Jennifer Parker, Gwyndylyn Atkins, Julie Luthe, Jeremy Routien, Allen Byers and Ian McVaigh.
Memorial donations may be made in Tyler's name to the Lawrence County Animal Shelter or the Lawrence County Humane Society.
