He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Javorski (late Scott). He is survived by: his wife Juanita Janicki; and his children, Katherine Dawson (Jim), Kim Neybert (Daryl) and Kelly Mendez (Javier). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
