She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kelly and Carmella Kelly; her children, James Van Horn and Michelle Van Horn; and her sister Cynthia Bania.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Van Horn; her son Peter Van Horn Jr. (Julie); her grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda), Michael, Kayle, Carmella, Madison, Justin, Samantha and Zosia; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Easton, Maddux, Colton, Zayden, Ivy and Adalina; and her brother Patrick Kelly.
