He is survived by: his wife Helen Tipler; his children, Kerry Blair, Manuel Tipler, Florencia Salas and Rosalinda Perryman; his grandchildren, Abigail, Zane, Cecilia, Anthony and Thomas; and his siblings, Trudy Janssen, Robert Tipler and Carol Tipler.
