She was predeceased by: her husband Joe "Bud" Ashley; her parents, Joseph and Lela; and her siblings, R. C., Irene, Travis, Macon, Foy, Movoline, Tilmon, Marcine and Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Ashley, Ron Ashley (Christine) and Melissa Victory (Randy); her grandchildren, Nina, Taylor, Joe, Tyler, Tara, Justin, Jordan, Vanessa, Jennifer, Stephanie and Ioannis; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Mason, Maddox, Bella, Brooklynn, Marquis Jr., Kaylee Jo, Easton, Raelynn Mae, Austin, Jace, Talah, Ariyam, Jinaan, Hudson and Ava Rose; and her sister Joyce Crowe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Bethania Cemetery (7701 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
