She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Otto and Lillie Marie Rothe (Down); her siblings, Melvin Rothe, John Rothe, Charles Rothe, Robert Rothe, Frank Rothe, Wilbur Rothe, Eileen Voorhees, Evelyn Mundy, Della Freeman and Nina Darr; and her great grandchild Zoey Zielonko.
She is survived by: her husband William Lowis; her sister Verna Hewitt; her children, Sheila Smith (Doug), Charles Lowis (Karen) and Larry Lowis (Amy); her grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Demi, Evan, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Emily and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Shae, Kason, Sofie and Charlotte. She is also survived by her family and the children.
