He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald E. Myers and Dorothy J. Myers (Bourland); his brother Ralph Myers; and his brother-in-law Charles Miller. He is survived by: his stepsons, Mike Smith (Kelly) of Bethalto and James Smith (Tara) of Westbrook, CT; his grandchildren, Mykah, Mason, Sierra, Dylan and Harley Smith; and his sister Vicki Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
