She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hale of Wood River, Jerry Shields (Carmen) of Plainview and Jim Shields (Jan) of Siler City, NC; her grandchildren, Justin, Marie, Ashley, Emily, Jeremy, Andy, Matthew and Cody; and her brothers, John Waggoner and David Waggoner (Linda). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
