He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kloempken and Hazel Kloempken (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Lynne Brooks; his sons, Bill Kloempken of Brighton, IL and Jared Kloempken (Tabitha) of Moro, IL; his grandchildren, Eli, Owen, Iris and Amelia Kloempken; and his siblings, JoAnn Kowalski (Don), Susan Graunke (Terry), Rose Jallits (David), John Kloempken (Mary) and David Kloempken (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
