She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles P Davis and Mae E Davis (Phillips); her husband Robert L Owens; her sons, Robert L Owens Jr. and Herbert C Owens; her brother Charles S Davis; her in-laws, Herbert and Janette Owens; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Owens, Hazel Brown, Mildred Duncan, Rose Taube, Roberta Brooks and Audrey Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa M Sykes (Timothy), Claire J Pugsley and James F Owens (Sarah); her daughter-in-law Kim Owens; her grandchildren, Kristy Morales, Kyle A Sykes (Libby), Holly M Perkins (Matthew), Timothy D Sykes (Kerri), Ronald J Pugsley (Melody), Rebecca J Mahl (Sam), Jessica N Broyles, Brian S Bergesch, Bobby C Owens (Kim), Patrick R Owens, Kara M Owens and James L Owens; and her brother-in-law Francis Duncan. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
