He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Bartow and Mary Helen Bartow (Tober); and his grandmother Virgina "Ma" Bartow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Couch-Copeland; his children, Rhonda Bartow of Edwardsville and Timothy Bartow (Colleen) of Chesterfield, MO; his granddaughter Carly Bartow; his stepchildren, Stacey Winfree, Cathy Borman (Richard) and Bryan Couch; and his siblings, Donald Bartow, Mardell Cox (Fred) and Sandy Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
