He was predeceased by: his brother Tim Dale; and his uncle Larry Reynolds. He is survived by: his father Bruce Dale; his daughter Elizabeth Dale of Brimfield; his mother Diana Winternheimer (Jones); his stepparents, Ron Winternheimer of Dahlgren, IL and Candace Dale of Trophy Club, TX; his sister Kristen Tracer (Rodney) of Trophy Club, TX; and his nephews, Grayson, Gavin and Griffin. He is also survived by two step-brothers and one step-sister, many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the family for his daughter Elizabeth's education fund.
