He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lester Kingdon and Carrie Kingdon of Brimfield; his wife Joyce Kingdon; and his children-in-law, Karen and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, Norma Hoffman (Bill), Patricia Baggott, Laurel Heinz (Tony), Bret Kingdon (Lisa Gann) and Julie Bevard (Kevin); and his brother Frank Kingdon of Brimfield. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren.
