He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vicki Mims and Delbert Plain; and his parents, Nina Plain (Tippen) and Leslie Plain. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Mims, Harvey Mims, Leslie Plain Jr. and William Plain.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Backroads Saloon (4208 W Pfeiffer Rd, Bartonville, IL 61607).
