He is survived by: his wife Carmen Dolar Frantilla; his children, Carol Frantilla (Patrick Gallot) of Brookfield, IL, Grace Khora (Kelly) of Skokie, IL, Nicole Frantilla (Michael Kaferly) of Corvallis, OR, Anthony Frantilla Jr. (Thuy) of Charlotte, NC and Andrew Frantilla (Crystal) of Anaheim, CA; and his grandchildren, Aedan, Evan, Isaac, Kira, Gabrielle and Eleanor.
