He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Magdalena Munger; his daughters, Dawn Munger and Jennifer Munger (Kyle Coulter); his sisters, Sheila Wymore (Monty), Janet Kujawinski (Milt) and Mary Rezabek (Jay); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Bousquet (Steve), Linda Gahalla (Rich) and Nena Padilla. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513).
