She is survived by: her son Phil Chase; her grandchildren, Eli, Addie and Ezra; her siblings, Kris Kahn (Steve), Tom Rafac (Karen) and John Rafac; and her goddaughters, Becca Lillig (Joe) and Sarah Eriksen (Brett). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
