He is survived by: his sister Sharon; his children, Lori, Leiandra, Michael, Andy and John; his daughters-in-law, Allison Disbrow and Brook Howard-Carson; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Adalyn, Sophia, Reece, Luke, Davis, Easton, Brooklyn, Rowan and Maddox.
