He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Adams); his daughter Rhonda Kindred; his son-in-law Josh Mayo; and his brother Gene Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Mayo and Caydi Mescher; his grandchildren, Ali Wiley, Tristen Hoxworth and Cory Kindred; his great grandchildren, Alex Wolfe, Adler Shew and Aubree Wiley; and his sister Carol Neely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
