Giltner (Diane Shelton Giltner), Lillian Giltner Bishop and Helen Giltner Kaylor; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Ramsey Giltner, Beverly Schaffer Giltner and Beverly Burt Giltner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
