She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bryant" Benson and Rosa Josie Benson (Harrin); her husband Elmo John Borne; her son Donald Borne; and her grandson Michael Borne.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kendall (Sonny), Elmo "Joe" Borne (Samantha), Darien Borne (Josephine) and Donna Trusty (Ron); and her adoptive daughters, Makayla Borne, Kiera Borne and Kendra Borne. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
