He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stroud and Mary Stroud; his son Brandon Douglas Stroud; and his siblings, James Donald Stroud and Kay Tipp.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Stroud of Broughton; and his children, Mark Delzell (Erika) of Houston, TX, Kristi Murdock (Killian Marcellin) of Wilmington, NC, Ryan Trusty (Niki) of Harrisburg and Jeremy Stroud (Stephanie Boeddecker). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was a member of several local biker groups and often participated in charity runs for various organizations including the American Legion and V.F.W.
