She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Robertson and Leoma Robertson (Dresher); her brothers, Lester and Lyle Robertson; and her sister-in-law Jo Ann Robertson.

She is survived by: her sister Judy Smart of Browning; and her sibling's children, Ellen Cassiday (Kelly) of Chatham, Mark Robertson (Vicki) of Keosauqua, Bryce Robertson (Kathy) of Payson, Kevin Robertson (Melinda) of Rushville and Eric Smart (Melinda) of Browning.

Memorial contributions in memory of Joyce are suggested to the Browning Church of Christ, Ridgeville Cemetery or to the Browning Senior Center.
