She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Dale and Florence Catherine Walton (Dodds); and her son Stanley D. Stambaugh. She is survived by: her husband Leon D. Stambaugh; her children, Cathy Butler (Stanley) of Peoria and Kevin Stambaugh (Linda) of Rushville; her daughter-in-law Linda Stambaugh of Astoria; her grandchildren, Shannon Adkins (Scott), Chad Stambaugh (Melissa), Travis Stambaugh (Lucia), Dustin Stambaugh (Sarah), Brian Butler (Carlos Vale), Christopher Butler (Joseph Franco) and Clayton Stambaugh (Brittany); and her stepgrandchildren, Heath Vandeventer (Heily Windsor) and Erica Kleinlein. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Lois' memory may be made to the Browning Church Of Christ or the Astoria Fire and Rescue Squad.
