With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Allen Pilger Sr. of Browning, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Pilger and Frances Pilger (Malott); his siblings, Clara Mae, Jean, Judy and Bill; and his grandchild Kaylynn.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Pilger; his children, Karen Davis (Steve) of Astoria, Diana Davidson of Astoria, Christy Hall (Karl) of Browning and Robert Jr. Pilger (Anna) of Astoria; his brothers, Steve Pilger of Havana and Russell Pilger (Sheila) of Peoria; and his pet Lizzy. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Browning Fire Department or the Browning Township Cemetery.
